At Novus Shoes, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and box to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
